The Sekhmet Coven Battleforce is a warp-charged way to start a Thousand Sons army—or escalate your existing force into a full-blown psychic nightmare. This box leans hard into what the XV Legion does best: relentless sorcery, elite terminator armor, and at least one monster that looks like it crawled out of a forbidden footnote.
Leading the cabal is an Infernal Master, a formidable sorcerer capable of summoning daemons and unraveling enemies with debilitating warp magic. He’s joined by three Exalted Sorcerers, ensuring that no corner of the battlefield is safe from psychic domination. If your opponent was hoping to hide from mortal wounds, that’s adorable.
At the heart of the force are two units of Scarab Occult Terminators—10 elite heavy infantry clad in baroque armor and armed with ensorcelled weaponry. They advance in eerie lockstep, laying down tainted fire and cutting down anything bold enough to stand their ground. Up to two can be armed with heavy warpflamers or soulreaper cannons, and another two with hellfyre missile racks for added ranged pressure. Two can also be built as optional Sorcerers, with customizable force weapon toppers, head options, and weapon choices like the Prosperine khopesh or inferno combi-bolter. Nearly every component—heads, arms, shoulder pads, headdresses, weapons—is interchangeable across the squad, making it easy to craft a truly unique coven.
Backing up all that disciplined arcana is a Mutalith Vortex Beast, a grotesquely mutated engine of chaos blessed by Tzeentch. It can shatter sanity at range before tearing enemies apart with massive claws. Prefer your monsters slightly less reality-warping and more straightforwardly furious? It can alternatively be built as a Slaughterbrute.
The Exalted Sorcerers alone offer a hobbyist’s playground, with seven heads, six staff toppers, nine shoulder pads, and three backpacks—all interchangeable—so your leaders can look every bit as unique as their spell lists.
